Management survey: Required for most properties to establish the presence of asbestos, its type and assess its condition and risk to health.

Why it is important to comply with asbestos legislation
Under the Control of Asbestos 2012 legislation, anyone responsible for commercial premises, including the common parts of residential properties, has a legal duty (deemed as the duty holder) to identify and produce a management plan and register for any asbestos that may be present in the property.
